Margarida Adónis was born in Lisbon in 1967 and concluded a degree in Hotel Management.

After several years exploring this business area, overcoming many challenges and being responsible for numerous innovating projects, she was invited to join the 1st portuguese private TV channel - TVI, where she reached the post Head of Production. Margarida leaves TVI in 1994.

Around this time, she accepts the position of Executive Producer of ENDEMOL, the Dutch Multinational Production company, giving her the opportunity to travel and develop her work not only in Portugal but also abroad.

In 1998 she was invited by NOVA IMAGEM, SA, the biggest Advertising Production Company of those days, to become Head of Production. There, she produced some of the most emblematic advertising campaigns for some of the most influential portuguese brands.

After 6 years, she decides to accept a new challenge and becomes partner of the production company Tangerina Azul (TAFI), being responsible for the international department. In 2006 she founded ReadytoShoot as a unique partner, transforming it in one of the leading production companies in Portugal.
